ABOUT THE BROKER

Cynthia Smitherman,  a real estate broker, author, print and commercial model and a former art gallery owner (Emage Designs), is originally from South Bend, Indiana. South Bend, as she jokingly remarks, is the city that manufactures  snow to send  around the world. 

Seeking a warmer climate, she and her husband relocated to the Valley of the Sun.  In 1996, she earned her Arizona license as a REALTOR® with membership with the Arizona Association of REALTORS® and by year 2000, she became the owner and broker of Emage` Fine Properties, LLC.

Cynthia quickly gained a reputation for her attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. These qualities, combined with her artistic background, allowed her to bring a unique perspective to the real estate industry.

She approaches each transaction with integrity and a genuine desire to make the process as smooth and rewarding as possible. Her extensive knowledge of the local market and her artistic sensibility have helped countless clients realize their vision of the perfect home

Besides being a seasoned real estate professional, she is also a community leader who has served as the  President of a national real estate board and held various positions on her homeowners association board. She has also helped launch many real estate agents into their own real estate companies. She is also an advisory member of an organization that advocates against the tobacco industries targeting  youth.  

As your Real estate professional I will guide you from start to finish of the home buying/ selling process. I will arrange viewings, explain market value, prepare and negotiate your  offers, manage paperwork, coordinate inspections and appraisals, and guide you through the closing, all while protecting your best interests. Additionally, I will connect you with other professionals instrumental in the closing of your real estate transactions.
